Feb 06, 2014: Connection to Server Issue

On Thursday 6th February, 2014 we were informed by several users that they experienced problems connecting with our server. This proved to be a problem with our DNS hosting service, which only affected certain areas. Although it was resolved promptly, individual ISP's databases needed to be updated in turn, which typically takes a few hours.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and have taken all necessary steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Any user whose workflow has been disrupted by this problem can contact us directly at support@plexscape.com and we will extend their subscription for two weeks to compensate for it.
